Trapeze fostered a culture of fun and growth where every other Friday we would have "Creative Practice Groups". For these sessions, our team would huddle together, ideate, learn a new skill, and had the chance to work on self initiated projects outside our usual roster of clients. Our CD divided us into two teams for some friendly competition, and we took on some concept/pitch work for the record label Arts & Crafts as an exercise to flex our creative muscles.
We ended up creating a fully integrated campaign by thinking through every aspect of the brand: digital, e-commerce, social, retail, print, media, and experiential. Our goal was to redefine Arts and Crafts as an authority on culture in and around the music space. As an added bonus, we got to present to our entire company, and the client, who were blown away by the caliber of work. We even created animated motion demos to showcase how all the interactive components would come to life.
The dream team included: Ella Potyrala-Singleton (ACD), Adrian Stiegler (AD), Kam Nong (AD), Alex Scott (Copywriter), Heather Mundle (Social), Mark Rozeluk (CD), and myself Farwa Kazmi (UX/Design).
